Certificate in Real Estate
To be admitted, students must be Economics Majors or have completed the equivalent of ACCT 100, ACCT 101, ECON 101, ECON 102, and DS 212/ECON 212 or MATH 124, all with grades of C- or better.
Program Learning Outcomes
- Students will demonstrate effective written communication and analytical skills.
- Students will construct elementary financial models to analyze real estate data and make investment decisions.
- Students will demonstrate the ability to translate financial model outcomes to business decision making.
- Students will be able to articulate the principles of real estate practice, and apply these principles to real estate issues which are common in the industry.
Certificate in Real Estate - 15 units
All courses for the certificate must be completed with a minimum GPA of 2.0.
